Built in the late eighteen hundreds, this beautiful old building provides a cozy environment filled with charm. The studio has a intimate feel, and due to its small dimensions we have a max capacity of 12 people for mat yoga and 6 for aerial. While we do our best to keep temperatures somewhat consistent, we encourage participants to wear layers as the space often runs a little hot in the summer, and a little cool in the winter.
Our retail space is not just an assemblage of items, but a curated collection of meaningfully chosen products that we believe will help to support the wellbeing of the people in our community. We center our retail around three pillars: Ethically made, sustainably made, & local. With these in mind we strive to create a welcoming retail environment for our customers.
