Enjoy our wide variety of class times, styles, and instructors.
Most of our classes are suitable for all levels, however, If you are new to yoga we recommend choosing a slower class. Examples of this would be: Hatha, Candle lit flow, Aerial yin, and Functional movement flow.
We have a strict policy that does not allow participants to enter class once the door is closed. This is not to punish you for being late, but rather to protect the space for those who are on time.
There is lots of street parking on the roads all around the studio, however certain times of day can be very busy so be sure to leave yourself lots of time. There is nothing worse than being stressed because you’re cutting it too close.
We have a closet for your belongings near the front entrance. Please make sure to take any outdoor shoes off before entering the studio. In addition we ask that you make sure your electronics get put on silent before getting tucked away so as to not disturb the class while it is in session.
Yoga mat. We also rent/ sell them if you don’t have one.
Water. Hydration is important!
An open mind. If this is your first time doing yoga it may feel intimidating or even overwhelming. Just know that’s more than ok and we are here to help you feel comfortable in whatever way we can.
